Forest Hills Country Club has 6 private dining rooms that will accommodate a seating capacity of 2 to 300 people.
Personalized planning is provided to tailor the event to your needs.
Business functions may include: breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, meetings, seminars, receptions, retirement parties
Social functions may include: birthday parties, anniversary parties, engagement parties, graduation parties, holiday parties, bridal/baby showers, rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, Bar Mitzvahs/Bat Mitzvahs, etc.
Initial booking deposits up to $3000 (deposit rate set by season and day of the week) are required on all events to secure space. This deposit may be used toward final payment of the event. You are liable for any damages to the premises or excessive cleaning that were incurred during your event. Deposits are non refundable in the event of cancellation. Events which cancel less than thirty (30) prior to the event may be responsible for the entire estimated cost of the event.
- Decorations and Set Up
Please check with the Banquet Manager for the available time you may begin decorating and setting up (timing is based on other events scheduled at the club for members and/or outside events). The club does allow decorating the day before the event whenever possible. There is a handicap ramp located at the Northeast corner of the building for ease in loading and unloading to the second floor. We can assist you in placing your decorations and favors out on your tables, as long as time permits and advanced notice is given by client and with banquet manager approval. All items must be unpacked with labels removed and directions provided. All decorations in the Clubhouse or on the grounds must be removed at the end of your event. The club is not responsible for lost or damaged items. No items may be pinned, taped or stapled to our facilities’ structures, walls, etc. No fireworks, sparklers or confetti of any kind is permitted. FHCC will provide your event with skirted buffet tables, head table, cake table, gift and place card table, and any other tables you may require.
FHCC has an abundance of parking for you and your guests. Valet parking can be arranged as well as coat check attendants for your attendees at additional fees. Please consult the Event Coordinator for current rates and details. The parking lot is secured nightly with gates at conclusion of the evening so re entering the property after closing will not be possible.
