Golfing Membership Options
Regular Sustaining Members
Regular Sustaining Members must be at least twenty-one years of age. They have all rights and privledges of the Club. They are entitled to vote and hold office. Members of the immediate family of a Sustaining Member, unmarried daughters and sons up to age 25, may enjoy the privledges of the Club extended to the Member, subject to rules and regulations that the Board of Governors may adopt from time to time.
Corporate Members
Qualified corporations as recognized by Forest Hills Country Club, may apply for Corporate Memberships upon the appropriate initiation fee. Each Corporate membership would allow for either (3) Sustaining Memberships, (3) Social Memberships, or (3) of any combination of the two. Each membership block would be allowed (1) vote, providing at least one of the members is sustaining. Individual members of each Corporate Membership would be responsible for dues, food minimums, and assessments. If a member were to leave the employment of the Corporation, a replacement may be made. A transfer fee would apply. Memberships may be transferred only once within a calendar year. The position may not be left vacant without paying dues for more than 6 months, at which time payment of all appropriate dues will be required. Sustaining Corporate members would have all the same privileges as Regular Sustaining members and Social Corporate members would have the same privledges as Special Social Athletic Members. Initiation fee, monthly dues, and contract terms shall be set from time to time by the Board of Governors.
Young Executive Members
Young Executive Members must be between the age of twenty-one and thirty-nine. They have the same privileges of the Club as Regular Sustaining Members. They become Regular Sustaining Members on their 40th birthday, when their final initiation fee installment is billed.
Social Membership Options
Social Sustaining
Social Sustaining Members must be at least twenty-one years of age. This is a voting membership that extends privledges of the use of the clubhouse, pool, and tennis courts, to the member and his or her immediate family. This membership includes golf privileges twice a month by paying greens fees.
Special Social Athletic
Special Social Athletic Members must be at least twenty-one years of age. This non-voting membership extends privileges of the use of the clubhouse, pool, and tennis courts, to the member and his or her immediate family. This membership is permitted three golf rounds per year, plus play in two golf events. The golf events do not include Member-Member, Invitational, or Club Championship.
Dining Only Membership
Dining Only Members must be at least twenty-one years of age. This non-voting membership is for dining privleges only. This includes all Club dining events and the privilege to host parties, meetings, etc.
Trial Pool Membership
Trial Pool Members pay $1,000 upfront, for a one-year, non-renewal membership, which includes pool, tennis, and dining privileges. Members are responsible for a $67 monthly dining minimum for the entire year. This membership does not include voting or reciprocal privileges. This membership may be upgraded within or upon completion of the trial period of one year. The initiation fee is transferable to an upgraded membership.
Non Resident Membership Options
Non Resident Membership Options for persons living beyond a 50 mile radius of Rockford, Illinois and whose principle place of business is not in Winnebago County.
These memberships are not available to anyone residing in Winnebago County for more than 15 days during the golfing season (April 1 through October 31).
Non Resident Sustaining Members
Non Resident Sustaining Members must be at least twenty-one years of age. They are eligible to vote, hold office, and shall have all the rights and privileges of the Club, clubhouse, club grounds, swimming pool, tennis courts, golf course, and all other rights and privileges extended to the Regular Sustaining Member, subject to rules and regulations that the Board of Governors may adopt from time to time.
Non Resident Golf Only Members
Non Resident Golf Members must be at least twenty-one years of age. They pay $500 annually for (5) rounds of golf with dining privileges. This includes the use of the practice facilities. Guests are permitted with payment of current fees. Additional rounds are available in increments of (2) for $200.
No food minimum.
